P.S. 38 Enrollment update form

Submissions of the Enrollment Update Form are accepted during the change period: Mar 1st- 15th for the Spring Trimester.  Our Explorers Support Team will handle your single update request. For adding days/electives, your change requests will be granted as long as space allows. For dropping days/electives, your change will be immediately granted. Your updated schedule and updated billing information will be provided to you, and all billing payments will be modified as necessary and resume as scheduled.  All families will be notified on or before March 22nd if their requested schedule has been approved.

Urgent and Unexpected Changes: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If your family experiences an urgent or unexpected change, i.e. a move, critical illness, or major life change, that impacts your after school needs, please contact our Explorers Support Team so that we can assist you with your schedule and program change outside of the designated change periods.

Teacher Led Electives run from 2:30pm-4:30pm for 10-weeks inside each trimester.  The Spring Trimester electives have a varied schedule.* Please note the dates and special requirements of each elective. The World Explorers after school program will facilitate pickup from your child’s classroom and drop-off to the teacher-led electives. For those parents who are enrolling in both Explorers after school and teacher-led electives on the same day, Explorers will also provide enrichment activities and care until 6pm as well as full days of after-school for all days when the teacher-led electives are not in session.**

 

*Monday: 3K/4K Super Soccer Stars (April 8, 2024-June 24, 2024 | 2:30-3:30pm) One hour Elective

 Monday 3K/4K Amazing Athletes (April 8, 2024-June 24, 2024 | 3:30-4:30pm) One hour Elective (Families must be enrolled in World Explorers        Afterschool Adventures to Enroll)

 Monday: K-2nd  Amazing Athletes (April 8, 2024-June 25, 2024 | 2:30-3:30pm) One hour elective

 Monday: K-2nd | Super  Soccer Stars (April 8, 2024-June 25, 2024 | 2:30-3:30pm) One hour Elective (Families must be enrolled in World Explorers  Afterschool Adventures to Enroll)

Monday/Tuesday 3K-1st  Broadway Junior Ensemble  (May 6, 2024-June 14, 2024) will run for 5-weeks 2 days a week. (There is no class on Monday June 10, 2024)

Due to the robust enrollment in teacher led electives, there is limited space available throughout the winter and spring trimesters. We are working hard to accommodate interested families in any available seats. You will be notified by our enrollment director if your selection is available or you have a space on our waitlist.
